Post Description

It's been three years since the last Burnout game, the open-world Burnout Paradise, and even longer since the last traditional Burnout effort. Developer Criterion definitely caught this fan's attention when it announced it had a downloadable Burnout for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network focusing on Crash mode -- my favorite thing to do in the series. As you probably have heard by now, though, Burnout Crash hardly resembles the Burnout we know and love. A simplified, top-down affair, it may remind you more of pinball than of Criterion's over-the-top automobile destruction simulator. The good news: Burnout Crash remains fun.
