Post Description

Trine is a mini game for the PS3, available for purchase at the PSN (Playstation Network), and is quite nice and entertaining.

In Trine, you ought to play with 2 more friends (3 players offline co-op multiplayer), even though you can play alone, I can't see how you will be able to pass any of the levels by yourself with no help.

The players can choose to be one of each class: Warrior, Mage or Rogue. The warrior can attack with his sword and defend with his shield, while also he can lift heavy objects and throw them. The mage can create boxes and platforms and move them using telekinesis. The rogue can shoot arrows and use her grappling hook to climb on wooden surfaces.

Trine is a basically an action / adventure / puzzle game in which each of the characters contribute to the team work in their own unique way: warrior kills enemies and defends the mage, rogue lights up torches with fire arrows and kills enemies from range, while mage creates platforms that help overcome obstacles.

The characters can level up, upgrade abilities and get new ones. All and all it's quite a nice game.
