Post Description

Welch's songs sprawl out like great, open flatlands, mixing elements of folk, country, and rock in a captivating way. Welch himself -- half-singing, half-speaking songs such as "Hello, I'm Gone" and "Some Kind of Paradise" -- comes off as a cross between a renegade storyteller and a heartland romantic.
